Conditions, Deposits and Payments:

A R 7 500.00 (non refundable payment) must be paid by electronic transfer in order to secure the date at our venue for your special day. This amount is subtracted from your final Invoice.

A further installment, also payable by electronic funds transfer, is payable three months before the wedding day.

The balance of the quotation plus any variations agreed to, is to be paid one month prior to the wedding date and if there should be any further amendments these monies will fall due one week or before the function.

All bar bills and any extras must be secured before the wedding day. The final accounting will then need to be settled within 7 days after the Wedding Day. Additional bank charges due to cash deposits, international transfers or return of funds will be charged back to the Bridal Couple.

Cancellation Policy:

If in the unfortunate situation that you may need to cancel, the following will still need to be paid to Izotsha Creek.

Cancellation up to three months before your wedding date – the non-refundable payment initially paid of R7500.00 is forfeited.

Cancellation between three and one month of the wedding date – 50% of your 3 month payment will be refunded, but initial payment of R7500 as well as the remaining 50% of your 3 month payment will be forfeited.

Cancellation within 2 weeks of your wedding day – the entire sum paid, will unfortunately be forfeited.

If you have an questions regarding our cancellation policy please do not hesitate to speak with your wedding coordinator.


Terms and Conditions of Venue Hire:

No refunds of final quote/invoice after seven working days prior to wedding,

Final numbers of guests attending the wedding /reception are to be confirmed 14 days before wedding, by completing our form sent 2 weeks before your wedding date. If final numbers have been communicated before this date the number of guests agreed upon will be paid for. Please note that under no circumstances should the guest number increase without prior arrangement beyond the Final numbers agreed. This is due to Health and Safety requirements and for the comfort of all guests at Izotsha Creek Estate.

Izotsha Creek Estate and its owners, trustees or staff members will not be held liable for any loss or damage, or for any safekeeping thereof of any goods, or equipment hired by the clients at Izotsha Creek, from any other outside parties or persons.

Staff gratuity – Should you or your guests wish to give a gratuity to the staff on the evening of the wedding reception this is welcomed.

Izotsha Creek Estate makes the actual reception wedding venue available for hire to the parties whose signature appears on the contract form, from the 7:00 am the morning of the wedding to midnight. As we are licensed up to Midnight on any particular day we can not allow for extended time to be arranged.

Any Bank charges Izotsha Creek Estate is charged for International transfers or cash deposit fees will be charged to the couple.

We have no generator facilities should the power be cut.

Breakages – Izotsha Creek Estate allow for a reasonable number of breakages but should your guests break or damage items/property deliberately, you will be charged. This applies for table linen spillage / burns.
